Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping then takes 3–7 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. You'll receive an estimated delivery date before you pay.

Standard shipping is a flat $4.95, and it's completely free on all orders over $50. Expedited shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you created an account, you can also view tracking details under your order history at any time.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you'd like a different item, the fastest way is to return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us and we'll arrange a free replacement right away.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed through a secure, PCI-compliant checkout.

Care depends on the material. Woven and fabric items can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid soaking them. Bamboo and wood should be wiped dry and kept away from prolonged moisture. Steel, glass, and acrylic pieces are easy to clean with warm water. Each product page lists specific care notes.

Yes. Our adhesive-mounted products use strong, residue-friendly backing designed for smooth, clean surfaces like tile, painted walls, and glass. For best results, clean and fully dry the surface before mounting and allow 24 hours before adding weight.

Every Nest & Neat product is backed by a 1-year quality guarantee against manufacturing defects. If something fails under normal use within that period, we'll repair, replace, or refund it, no complicated forms required.
