You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us. By purchasing from Nest & Neat you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

We take care to describe and price our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly between screens, and occasional errors may occur. Where we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price, or to cancel the order.

• All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.
• Shipping costs, where they apply, are calculated and shown before you confirm your order.
• We reserve the right to change prices, withdraw products, or limit quantities at any time before your order is accepted.

After you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order through our secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Nest & Neat operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
